We've been raising chickens here in Florida for about a year. Only hens so far.
We absolutely love all our chickens and are excited to expand our little crew. We love tips and advice on treats, fencing, and keeping our little lovebirds happy.

Welcome to BYC. I am not sure about the fodder question, but your best bet if you want eggs is to feed them a balanced layer feed with only a small amount of treats or fodder. There is probably plenty of information already on the website on this topic, so a search using the brown search button at the top of your screen will be useful.
