I ordered and paid this hatchery on Apeil 9, 2013 for 30 pullet chicks. I received one email saying they were sold out of the Wheaten Marans I ordered and I was issued a credit through PayPal. I to date have not received any chicks or any credit for the 20 remaining chicks in my order! The last email was in May telling me my order would ship no later than the first week in July! Well it's the 19th of August and nothing! All I get are automated emails saying they are too busy to answer emails or phone calls! They have had over $150.00 since April and they won't refund my money or send the chicks. Was just wondering if anyone else has had this kind of trouble with this hatchery. Any suggestions on how I should proceed would be greatly appreciated.
