Well, we have 3 now. Opal and Ladybird are our newest additions, but haven't started laying yet. They came as a team and are really well bonded. Can someone tell me what breed Ladybird is (Opal is the silkie)? This is all still very new to me. Thanks!

Here they are with Larry the basset hound following them around "picking up after them". [IMG] He really likes them.

Larry hasn't drooled on them yet? Those poor things, not getting to experience the wondrous healing powers of basset drool. My 5 bassets really love to try and clean up after the chickens [IMG] .... Curie's almost figured out how to climb the fence to get to them too [IMG]

Shucks, thanks everybody! We think she's pretty too, and oh so sweet [IMG]

With an innocent looking face like this, do you think Larry would try and drool on anybody?

Whoo hoo!! Basset people! Sorry, I know this is way OT but:
Kelvin wouldn't drool on you either, would prefer to sling it across the room [IMG]

And to make this on topic.... I love Ladybird, such a pretty ee [IMG]
