Our Coop! The smaller barn on the left is the actual coop and the run
reaches from the coop to the Barn (where we keep our tools and storage)
of course the Girls get full run of the back yard when we let them out to play!
This upper portion is the "Loft" when we had some show Silkies we kept them in this upper part cause the other girls picked on them alot (our show birds couldn't be missing to many feathers!), but now we just have our bigger girls and they get free reign of the upper and lower sections of the run!
We turned an old gutter into a Feeding trough for our girls! plus they liked roosting on it too.
We have two different sizes of chicken wire because the smaller size just wasn't cutting it structurally, and the bigger size let outside birds in who would eat all our girls food!
