Our little Belgian hens have had their tails ripped out

The larger birds are attacking them. What do I need to do for their bloody spots? We have them isolated right now.

Can you get some BluKot (sometimes referred to as no pick) from TSC or your feed store? They will continue to pick at the red spots and make it worse, otherwise. Warning: IT STAINS BADLY, so wear some gloves and old clothes. It WILL stain your skin and it takes a few days to wear off.

I have used the Rooster Booster Pick No More lotion successfully on two of my silkies when they were new chicks. It kind of looks like molasses and does stain.

did you just add them to the coop? the birds have to establish pecking order over again each time new birds ares added... they will eventually work things out
