Hatching
Our new chicks finally arrived! We had ordered 10 white leghorns, but only 9 made it to us. I usually use mcmurrays, but they didn’t have any available for a long time, so I ordered these from tractor supply. The chicks came from Hoover’s Hatchery, and arrived within two days. I had never used them before, but I am pleased so far.
The chicks are in a temporary brooder until I can get home and purchase a larger tote. They seem happy and healthy.
