Hi there, I've been visiting this site for the longest time, registered back in the spring and have finally found the time to introduce myself. Katie's Koop is named after my 2 and a half year old darling daughter. My hubby and I introduced our 15 girls to our family back in May and have been thoroughly enjoying our chicken venture. We have 2 PBRs..Evelyn & Elvira, 2 RIRs..Phyllis and Lucy, 6 red sex-links..Ginger, Ruby, and a smattering of random names as they don't come when called and 5 columbian rocks who are called Big Bird, Raspberry, nosey, hawkeye and henny.
We finally got 15 eggs yesterday after a slow climb from the end of Aug. I'll post pics when I get the ability to.
