out of the incubator into the brooder now what?

    i have the chicks in the brooder i put water and food in there now what?

    Pretty much keep feeding and watering them. Check how they are reacting to the temps, if they are huddling they are cold if they are all as far away from the heat source they are too ho, and if they are scattered around playing like chicks they are fine.

    Normally I don't have to. You may want to put some marbles in there as they will peck at shiny things or just peck your finger in the water next to them. they will pick it up pretty fast.

    i watched them for a little bit and they figured it out on there own that it was water
