Outside Home

Hello I am from South Central Pa, I have 6-7 week old chicks...at what point can I move the brooder box outside to my back porch? I am cutrently keeping them in a large box in the basement with a heat lamp on one side of the box. On nice days 65 and up i put them in a box on the porch. Do you think it is safe to permanetly keep them outside? With or with out heat lamp at night? Any help, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, they are old enough to go outside, many do it by 4 weeks with no heat.
