I really want to do it on the monkey but the TAT is 500 miles (Damascus, VA to Tellico Plains, TN and travel is 300 miles each way.) To take the monkey, I have to stay on backroads so it would be very difficult to complete in 3 days.

Well the trip was moved to this week due to weather, scheduling, etc. we’re spending today packing and preparing. The goal is to leave Tuesday afternoon and get as close to the starting point as possible.

Packed part of the bike (tools, tent, bedding etc. then washed all our gear. Picked and processed peppers and now off to “help” some quail! (Also took the boat back to storage)
