packing pellets and hatcheries???

    How many packing pellets are normally added to orders?? is there a ratio, id like to factor it in when i order some chicks. Also what hatcheries do u guys order from and why?? thanks

    I have never received packing peanut roosters as I always order enough for them to stay warm.

    I have ordered from McMurray, Mypetchicken, Welp, Cackle, and now Ideal (haven't received that order yet). I would order from all of them again.

    I got 10 sex link boys with a order of 10 or 15 from Idea. This is/was a first, but it was early in he season. They were tasty,

    I ordered 12 pullets from Ideal and received a total of 21 chicks.

    You can ask the specific hatchery. I think they aim for 25 chicks total to keep everyone warm enough. In the summer they may drop that down to 15.
