Pale legs, please help

My young hen has pale legs and is losing feathers
Is this normal ,she sleeps alot and looks weak when she walks like she is very hevy please help and say if it's normal or should I help her somehow

Have you checked her over for lice and/or mites?
What exactly are you feeding her?
How long have you had her?

She has lice I am waiting for the product to come tho
I am feeding her layer pellets
I had her for a half a year now
But she's young

Do you have any diatomaceous earth?

the pale legs are not too pale- they seem normal..
Losing feathers is usually from a rooster (do you have one?)
And lice/mites could make her a bit lethargic- treat that as soon as possible, make sure she has lots of clean water 24/7
