Parakeet Injury Question *pic*

Hey!! My brother has 3 parakeets and two of them got in a fight. He wanted me to ask if this is normal or not. It looks like a scab on her beak but he doesn't want it to get infected and doesn't know what it is. Is it a scab?

It's the black on her beak, as you can see.
