Hey everyone. Last month one of my hens legs progressively paralyzed over about 4 days. I do not think it is mareks, it had zero symptoms other than paralysis and it laid a very bloody egg the 1 st day. The leg placement was not the mareks splits. The necropsy looked normal with no tumors or lesions. Now I have a rooster with the same deal. He is eating and drinking well. His coloring is good and poop is normal. He is on antibiotics, vitamins and electrolytes. He is nit getting better but it's been a week and he hasn't gotten worse. He can walk a little bit in his separated area but then rocks back onto his butt and rolls over/ flopps to his side. And ideas? I have looked into mareks, heavy metal poisoning and a few other things but nothing fits!!!
