Partridge Cochin sex

This is my 4 week old Partridge Cochin. It's always been top chick. Yesterday it was tweaking the other's crests a lot. When I looked closer I noticed how red the comb is and that wattles are noticeable. I bought this chick as a sexed hen from a hatchery. I'm I over worried or should I be concerned?

Makes me sad. I was looking forward to putting 'her' with my Blue Cochin rooster and selling chicks in the spring. I sent these pics to the hatchery and they replied that it's too early to tell and if it is a rooster they'll reimburse me. But I can't just order 1 hen to replace it now. It's kind of late. And the closes seller in my area is like 5 hours away.
