Partridge markings...what kind of chicks can have these?

I'm sorry but I have no pictures to go with this post...am packing for vacation. We have a pullet about 19-20 weeks old, purchased at Atwood's as a tiny chick. She had partridge markings as a chick and is now a beautiful red color with a bit of gold lacing (I believe that's the term) around her neck and some black in her tail. She doesn't look hugely different from our RIR pullet, but she can't be that if she had partridge markings, right? Or am I wrong about that? Assuming she came from Ideal (as I'd heard Atwood's chicks do), I'm wondering if she could be a Welsummer, though she doesn't look as distinctly marked with as much lacing as the pictures I've seen of that breed.

Any ideas? How do I find out which kinds of chick can come in "partridge"? I'm sorry if that seems dumb, but I'm relatively new to chickens.

Thanks for any help.

Maybe after our trip...heading out today. But she truly looks very similar to our RIR as I described above.
