Partridge plymouth or welsummer?

The hen is neither. The rooster could be a welsummer but no guarantee.
The hen is lacking mahogany. And yes looks like white lobes but she isn't a leghorn. I'm guessing a mix.
That may also mean the male is too but he is duckwing and mahogany so that does point towards a welsummer instead of a mix. IMO.
Duckwing is a common pattern in many breeds and mixes so.....

Okay! Thank you very much :) There's really no telling. The lady didn't know anything except "there's an Easter egger and a French breed" out of 15 chickens. :p Her loss my gain though!
 
I’m confused. I thought welsummers had red ear lobes. This is white, what OP showed. Or am I wrong?
