Hi there everyone,
At the height of my family's enthusiasm for chickens we had 60 layer hens, 3 roosters and 50 meat birds. We did everything from incubating to making soup. Over the years we learnt many tricks of how to keep a healthy, happy flock. I am now living in Dieppe, New Brunswick and waiting with crossed fingers that my city will soon allow backyard chickens.
