Pasteurized or not Pasteurized eggs

Does anyone Pasteurize the eggs before using them

That seems like a rather difficult extra process most people don't need to, which involves heating the eggs to kill bacteria without cooking them. Most backyard chicken folks don't have that type of equipment.
