pasty butt?

is this pasty butt or an umbilical scar? I've seen her poop a couple of times so I know it's not "completely" blocked yet.

That's pasty butt. Clean it off with some warm water and a soft bit of rag or paper towel. The hard bits will soften with a minute or two of soaking, then you can crush them with your fingers and pick off bits. Then check the temp in your brooder, should be no more than about 95-deg.

The navel is further down, more under the belly.
