While checking on my chicks a bit ago I noticed one of my girls had what looked like pasty butt. I got a warm damp paper towel and gently wet her bottom. Some of it was a little crusty so I just wiped away what wasn't. I set her down to get some Vaseline, and she pooped, so she isn't stuck shut, but it kinda looks like she has a hemorrhoid. Is there anything more I can do besides wiping with a warm cloth and Vaseline? Should I be overly concerned?

You are doing good. If she persist on having it then worry but if you got her cleaned up and never pull it off always use warm water to soak it off. Put some vasoline on and watch her.
