Local PBS station looking into why city ordinances vary so much. My town allows 2 hens but similar towns don't. Any info I should be sure to pass on? I think most urban folks worry about smell and rodents. I can answer to smell but have mixed success with rodents. Anyone know any great comebacks on this? I have had some mice in the coop so I know they come for the feed. But then I have friends who have mice in their homes and they are allowed to live in my town!
