Peacock People help fast**Sick***

    OMG! I have 8 Peacocks, Babies, and 2 of the white ones are sneezing and one has a swollen nose....the one that is sneezing has been doing it for 3 days, and now so now other one is doing it. No swollen nose yet though. I am worried that the others are going to get it.....HELP!! [​IMG]

    They are from 4 mo. - 6 mo. old.

    They are penned separte from all my chickens and Geese. They have a tarp over the pen and no other wild birds are able to get to them...

    Some one Please Help!! [​IMG]

    I called the vet and they are wanting to send samples to the University,,,can you imagine that bill...YIKES! $50 per test...not including the reg vet bill.....I have 8 peacocks, oh lord!

    wow 400 bucks just for testing them!!!!!!! YIKES

    sorry i don't know what to say..... never had peafowl......

    bumping in hope that someone with more peafowl intelligence will find this.

    Go post this in the peafowl forum. You can even pm deerman or kev from here. I think there is some info on sinusitis and what types of meds to give them. I'm not sure if thats what your peachicks have but you can get an idea of where to start as far as treatment. I'll see if I can find a link to some of the info there and will pm you. [​IMG]
