i couldnt find a better fourm area then injuries/ cures and i know this is for chickens but i went outside and one of are silkie roosters are for some reason agressive and they started fighting me i kicked one lightly when he leaped for my leg then a differnt one from a differnt breed came and hes never really aggressive but his brother was (until we got rid of him) and so he came a leaped at my leg he penetrated my skin there is a bit of blood but it really hurts and i had to run while limping before they went at me again. (looks like a buff Orpington the rooster who pecked me ) he was quite powerful and my leg really hurts will i have a infection or get a disease?

I would wash it out really good with warm water. They could have bacterial below their toenails. Wash it out, rub it with soap. Clean it good and you will be fine. Neosporin and a bandage. Repeat every hour.

Feel better soon and bring a broom/bat/boots next time you go near that rooster!!!

In addition to cleaning it out and using an antibacterial cream or spray, you might want to check with your health care provider to see if you should get a tetanus shot. Good luck.
