This is Ebby. She is on the bottom of the pecking order. I have seen the other girls go for her head at times. I see missing feathers and some dry blood spots. She is acting normal otherwise...please advise...
 
4 birds, no rooster and they have a pen of 900 sq ft living space. Secured side yard with apple tree and coop within a green house. So lots of space for 4.

While it's distressing to see, your hen hasn't sustained any serious injury.
There isn't very much you can do about it unfortunately. There is always one at the bottom of the hierarchy unless you just have one chicken.
Having lots of space helps so the juniors can escape from the seniors. Apart from that all you can do is make sure she gets equal access to food and water and if any pecks draw blood put a dab of Betadine on the wound.
