Pecking

We have 3 birds, and a problem! Two are picking on the other hen, and she looks to be in rough shape. They plucked a lot of her back feathers out one night, and she was pretty bloody. We isolated her for a while to heal, and are now trying to get her back in the chicken yard. We've been using Stop Pick, but to no avail, really. She doesn't want to go into the coop at night with the others, so we're still bringing her "in" (we have a space for her in the basement) at night and putting her in the run during the day.

It's pretty upsetting to watch them peck at her. I'm hoping somebody has an idea or solution, because I feel so badly for her!

Do a search for Pinless peepers!!! I have not used them, but a lot of BYCers have and swear by them!! Good luck!
