So I just outfitted my girls with pinless peepers because they've been plucking each other all winter. Alls well so far, but do I need to do any special feeding arrangements while they have their peepers on? Or can they eat out of the feeder ok? Also is it ok to let them out to free range with their peepers on? Right now they've been confined to their run.

Thanks

Andrea

Peepers solved all of my problems! LOVE THEM. I had one hen that was simply insane and was plucking the other ladies raw and bloody. Put on the peepers and everything changed overnight.

She was able to eat fine from the feeder - drinking was not a problem either. I let her free range immediately. Again, no problems.

Other than the fact that everyone laughed at her...

LOL, I let mine out to free range yesterday and they did fine. They look funny though. I haven't been able to determine the offender so they all have them..even the rooster. Seem to be helping. Very worth it!
Thanks!

Andrea
