We have three eggs in the LG. When a bunch of our birds were killed by nasty neighbor dogs, we set 4 eggs (3 from the fridge) in the hopes of getting a few chicks from our dearly departed birds. One egg was tossed early on because it was not developing. Today there is peeping and one pip. The pipped one is Pinky's baby. It is nice to know that if these make it she will not be totally lost to us. Two of the eggs were from her. We think the 3rd egg is from a darling little Silkie hen we lost, but there is a possibility that it is from one of my other lost bantams or a jungle fowl (that sometimes gives us a small egg). All of my Silkies and bantams were lost. The jungle fowl survived. I am not home right now, but my son is monitoring the situation.

All three eggs hatched. I would post pictures, but appears that the computer cord on my reader is not working properly. I will post as soon as I can
