Pekin duck nest- are they bad???

she has been sitting for about 3 weeks now on about 20 eggs. the other day i looked at it because she went to eat and swim and seen some are turning black/gray looking. are they bad?? she has been sitting like crazy, but im afraid they are bad b/c they look like the same color when i incubated some and then candled, and found out they were bad. i really dont want to mess with them, but i dont want her to waste her time either.Anybody else had the same experience??

some eggs get darker as the baby grows..worst case scenario,
you have bad eggs mixed in with good eggs, and ducks usually roll the bad ones out of the nest.

she busted one yesterday when she got off. it was rotten and stunk!!!!!

so i threw it away b/c it caused flies, so i just threw 2 others away that looked like it. didnt want to chance it and have another one the bust, yuck.
