Pekin Duckling has a puff on his/her head?

Two of my new born pekin ducklings have a white puff on the top of their head? Their parents don't have it and their other siblings don't either. Is this normal?

Btw, I adopted my crested after she was abandoned and she had no health issues from her crest.
