Pekin Duckling has a puff on his/her head?

Two of my new born pekin ducklings have a white puff on the top of their head? Their parents don't have it and their other siblings don't either. Is this normal?

I've added a couple of pictures here. The second one, you can see the baby on the bottom right with his/her little puff. None of our other ducks have it? The older white one, and the slightly bigger one on the left are both siblings to this little one. Any insight?

crested pekin. the crest is a hole in the brain so watch him and be prepared with a vet just in case

yes it can happen to any ducks. but if he is a drake you will want to make sure you never hatch any eggs that he can possibly be the dad of, and if she’s a hen make sure to remove the eggs before she can sit
