I am so upset, people at my church seem to dislike me, they never say hi and only talk to eachother and plan get togethers and parties I am never invited to and am always the only one not invited.
Starbucks near me was closed on Thanksgiving, so I walked three miles to another coffee shop I go to because they had posted about having a cupon deal there like last year only to find out they RAISED the price of the deal from last year, and they couldn't tell me why!

People seem to band together in cliches. Most of the time these people are not out to hurt anyone; just thoughtless. I'm a man working in a school of women teachers. I'll never be a part of their groups-we have nothing in common. For company at school I have my kids. What bothers me most is the female teachers here that are also on the outside looking in. On days that I see a loner I make it a point to sit with them and chat. I know they are hurt by the other women's leaving them out.

The world is filled with people who feel, or are, alone. Find them. I doubt you have to look far. And when you are part of the group watch for that person who is left out and alone.
