Permit for shipping eggs?

Do I need a permit or health certificate to ship eggs?

You are supposed to be whole flock negative pullorum typhoid tested ( NPIP) but there are a lot of people out there that are not and still do it. If there is someone close that will do testing for you it is worth it.
