Does anyone keep their quail in their house in the winter, and do they continue to lay eggs if provided the light they need (14-15 hours/day)?

My quail live in cages in my basement and they are on artificial light. If they get enough light they will continue to lay through the winter, but it pushes back their normal molt schedule. They would then molt later in the spring or summer and egg production will drop off at that time.Does anyone keep their quail in their house in the winter, and do they continue to lay eggs if provided the light they need (14-15 hours/day)?
