I found my male yellow golden pheasant drown in the pond today. [IMG] I only had him for three or four months. I feel terrible. Now I have to go drain it before another bird falls in. [IMG]

If it makes you feel any better, I accidentally stepped on mine a while back and had to put him out the rest of the way.

I felt horrible and sick for days. Sorry about your boy [IMG]

How old was he? Did he free range? Everybody told me you couldn't free range them, but he did and never walked away, just under my foot. [IMG]

    ((((Sorry)))))

    Thanks for your support.

He was about three years old and a good breeder too. He wasn't free ranged; the pond in his pen was supposed to be for ducks i'm getting in October.
