... our prayers are with his family and fellow officers.

    From the AZ Republic:

"Tactical teams and police dog found the suspected gunman hiding naked in a shed nearby the home, Crump said. Officers fired rubber bullets [WHY rubber?]to subdue the man....the suspect was a man in his early 30s from the Tucson area who had prior felony convictions.

"A car speeding down the street, there's nothing dangerous or serious about that, but the potential for violence never goes away," "There is no such thing as a routine traffic stop"

I thought they do not electro felons. Put them to sleep is more like it however it would not make him suffer to see the loss of the police officer's family and the grief they endure!

Thoughts and prayers sent to his family!

Can I have him? My dogs are hungry and he'd probably be tasty with a little meat broth rubbed on him.

I think the firing squad would be best. Some states still allow that too but the inmate has to request it.

Still too quick for my liking. Smear him with yogurt and stick him in someone's chicken yard? [IMG]

I am so sorry for the officer's family and friends, there is just not enough words that can silence the anger and sadness that such a awful event brings. The department, family, and friends shall be the focus of my prayers.
