My batch of 25, now 29 because of a death and a gift of 5, are averaging a smaller weight, about 5.5lb for roos and 4.5lbs for hens. Tractor raised. Butcher day is tomorrow!

I'll save 3 to grow out as big as they'll get by mid Summer, of even Fall, depending on their health.

Nice looking quail! Starting 10 pheasant tomorrow! Wanting some quail.
