Photos of my girls.... new sand added!

    The girls had dug some really big holes in the ground, so with chicks coming, I got play sand to fill them in.
    They have taken advantage of the new sand in a very predictable chicken way. [​IMG][​IMG]

    Can you guess how many hens are in this pile?

    You are right, there are three in the pile.
    They are having a blast.

    I had one standing by to get in there too, but I think she chickened out when the sand started flying and the wiggling started.... she just didn't quite know were to squeeze in.
    The Grey one, Princess, walked around the young girls picking off sand and supervising the whole sceanario.
    I could have watched them for hours.
    Funny little things.
    Love them and can't wait for the new peepers!

    We had great weather here this weekend and I took some pictures of the girls in the garden....

    Happy Chickens is my goal and I think I can say, I"ve had a good weekend of it. [​IMG]
