Can someone please post a photo of sussex chickens, babys and adults if possible. I would appreciate it. Also, what I have a little surprise in one of my hatches, he/she is cute, but don't know what it is. It is sorta yellow with brown stripes? I'll try to post of a photo. I think I have one posted under hatching chicks. Thanks

Well, there are several varieties of Sussex. May want to check the breed pages. We have Speckled Sussex and they are awesome! I think that's probably what you have - does it look like a little chipmunk?

Quote:I just love how much white those girls have. I don't know if it's standard or not - but it looks really cool!

Here's our Speckled Sussex "Brownie". She thinks she's a person. She hatched out six eggs during the summer and was a very good mother.
