Thank you to all who responded to my question. I'm so very EGGcited and just love, love, love going out to the coop to collect the eggs. Thank you for your input. It is greatly appreciated. I will post my first slightly over a dozen eggs shortly.

So happy you are enjoying your flock! I never tire of collecting eggs in the boxes. Like little treasures they leave for me. :)

Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. No matter how many years you've been raising chickens (50 for me), it's still exciting gathering those eggs. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. What kind of chickens do you have?

I have 2 RIR and two blue layers (starts with an A?) I love the diversity in color as they are each just a little different. This is going to be FUN, FUN, FUN!!!
