Picked up an Ornamental Layer

    [​IMG]I picked up one more pullet chick to add to the four I got on Wednesday. I will post a pic after work but here is quick description. She is mostly black with white wing feathers and a yellowish white head. Any guesses as to what she may be.[​IMG]

    Just added the pics, came to the feed store in a mix of Ornamental Layers breed is unknown if anyone has ideas.

    It's hard to tell at such a young age, but she looks a lot like my lakenvelder as a chick...

    I believe you are correct, I searched for Lakenvelder pics and almost all the chicks look like mine. Pretty birds too, I will be interested to see what a RIR cross will look like.
