Pick the cleanest eggs but don’t actually clean them, it removes the natural protection the egg has. Keep track of what day you put them under, so many people don’t and it becomes a guessing game of when they’ll hatch! Give the eggs a little pencil mark incase you get them mixed up. Candle only 1 or 2 times, if you need to. Best to keep the broody in her own space, as she’ll likely move between nests and the other hens will climb into hers, risking broken eggs. Make sure your hen gets off the nest now and then to eat and poop.
