Pickled eggs, my first attempt & now I have more questions Help please

    Well I am finally brave enough to try it...

    I am going to make pickled eggs

    but I am doing 2 batches today 1 normal white pickled eggs and 1 batch of pink pickled eggs using beet juice

    I'll let you know how it turns out

    ok now I have a few questions...

    1) once the eggs are eaten can I re-use the brine?...just add more eggs? and top it up with more brine?

    I know when I have pickles I just dump the glass jar into my tupperware pickle keeper and it makes it much easier to get the pickles and then my DD cant break the jar.. 1 jar will only fill the container 1/2 way so when its time to buy more ppickles I just dump the new jar with the existing brine...and its never gone bad B4 but are eggs the same?

    2) how long are pickled eggs good for in the fridge?..
