I am wanting to build a long brooder that will hold up to 75 baby chicks at a time. Does anyone have a pic of a long brooder that you can post, so that I can see what a long brooder of this size looks like? I know that this is a long shot but I'm hoping that someone with this type of brooder will see this post and have a pic. Thanks in advance.

    On the Farm!
How long do you want to be able to keep 75 baby chicks in there?? I have a 7ft x 3ft x 3ft brooder that I could prob easy keep that many in there for a week or so but then they would just grow out of it!!

Quote:You're exactly right. I'm trying to iron out all of the details in my mind. I will have to move them to a larger area in about 3 weeks, so I guess I have to calculate how much space I will need during that time as well.

Can you post a pic of what you have?
