Any opinions if they are Toms or hens?
Oh they are beautiful
How old are they?
They ARE beautiful!! Too young for me to tell if they are male or female. Good luck on that one!!
They are about 3 1/2 months, I was told there were born in July
Sorry this is kind of off topic but what kind of door do you have there held shut with a long piece of wood?
The RP are very pretty.
One jake and a passel of jennies? Well, they are old enough that if you whistle them a tune or make some other `obnoxious' (to a turkey) noise, any jakes should be complaining with proto-gobbles.
The door goes into a large room for them to fly around and play in. The room they are in right now is where they eat and sleep, and get warm under the heatlamp. I have the door closed at night so they stay warm. I will take a pic soon of the other room. I am also making an outdoor pen for them to play in. I don't let them go free range at this time because they are still young, and I also want them to get use to their new home.
I was thinking the same thing about the one Tom, one of them has a lot of black on its back, the others have more white. I have a turkey gobbler here somewhere that I use for hunting, I will see if there is any answer to the gobble
My RP had caruncles by 3 1/2 months. I don't see anything on yours. Which one do you all think is a tom?
