Picture of egg with cord!

I’ve raised chickens for 20 years and have never seen this before. The egg is soft which I have seen but a cord attached?!! My chickens are 6 months old and have just started laying. Weird!!

Probably just first laying kinks being worked out. If you keep getting eggs like that then something could be wrong with reproductive system of.one of your hens.
