    Frizzle naked neck, silkie, frizzle and ameraucana are from Dipsy doodle doo. Also some mille fleur d'uccles and buff orps in there.

    Thanks. I think these guys are spunky enough to stay out of the water. It's far enough from the heat lamp to be chilly, but close enough to go get a quick drink. Since my face is in the brooder most of the time, I'll most likely catch any problem that may arise. I have to go for feed tomorrow, so I'll put marbles on my list. I have a smaller waterer, but it's in use. I thought about marbles or stones, but then.. if I knew how tiny these d'uccles are as chicks...I'd have bought a quail waterer.
