We have a wild pair that have discovered life is pretty cushy at the crazy bird lady's house. They spend their days paddling in the open storm water culvert that runs through the bottom of our garden and coming up to us every time we go outside to demand food. They'll eat out of my hand no problem. They are very sweet and there's nothing cuter than a full speed duck waddle. They appear in Spring and stay until late Summer. Not sure where they go for winter in our warm climate.

Sorry these photos aren’t clear. It’s night and I took them now.

The male (first) is the youngest, yet the biggest and strongest. The second is his partner female. She used to bully the male. The male is called Belle and female Blu. We also have a third duck, the oldest, but she is the smallest. She thinks she is dominant and acts like it. Sadly, Belle now nibbles on the third duck (Hulk). Probably, for protection and his territory. We can handle Hulk the most and Blu the least. Blu is terrified of everything while Hulk is a prankster who is the bravest. All of them don’t fly now but we have clipped twice. They now know this is their homes and runs into their house when scared. They love new people and everyone except Blu loves being handled by the new people. They all had to have help while hatching due to their strength. That is for now! Bye!
