I dressed four pigeons and three Old English Game bantams today . Plucked them in my Whizbang plucker. I never used the plucker for anything but chickens before but it did a very nice job.

Anybody have any suggestions on how to cook them. They were all young of this past year. The back three in the picture are the bantams.

The OEG's dressed 12 oz. each. The pigeons were pouters and about the size of homers. They were about the same size as the bantams.. I ate the pigeons in soup today and were very good. The bantams go into the crook pot tomarrow.
