Pink oil for show birds

    I thought I would post a picture of the products. I picked them up at Sally's yesterday, but I think that Walmart may carry them as well. The conditioner is used after bathing them. Put it on and then rinse. The spray gives the coat a sheen. A little goes a long way...

    Is it in the womens section, pet section Not sure where to look at wally mart..I will buy it if I can find it.

    hmm, does not look anyting like the Pink Oil Ihave, but I imagine it does the same thing.

    This can be used on Silkies? I thought I heard somewhere that it will make the silkies oily since they don't have normal feathering.

    There are several brands, but they all work the same. Just use it sparingly.

    we haven't used it on silkies, but we use it on our wyandottes...... I am interested in knowing as well. Some say yes and some say no.

    I tried on silkies and did not like the results. Better to use a preen oil spray (or add to bath rinse water), which is the natural oil for birds; much lighter weight. Can do the same with glycerin.
